Iwona PetruczynikIwona Petruczynik is a Research Analyst with the Frost & Sullivan Europe Information & Communication Technologies Practice. She focuses on monitoring and analyzing emerging trends, technologies and market dynamics in the Enterprise Communications market in Europe.
Since joining Frost & Sullivan in December 2008, she has been specializing in unified communications and collaboration applications. Recently, Iwona has completed an extensive research on Web 2.0 technologies and their application in the small and medium businesses (SMB) sector.
Prior to this, Iwona was a Research Analyst for Center for Information Research, Analysis and Training – a nonprofit arm of Mercyhurst College, where she focused on topics such as nanotechnology, telecommunications services in China, as well as oil and gas in Russia. She brings with her strong analytic skills with hands on experience in project management as well as conducting primary and secondary research across various industries.
